Return & Refund Policy

At LuxoNeixa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
• Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at luxoneixa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
